All BND patients have a portal account to receive secure patient-provider communications,  lab results,  and appointment reminders.  All appointments are made through this system.

After Hours Assistance: Pager

 

We provide 24 hours 7 days a week personal assistance for our established patients directly from our physicians. There are no nurses nor medical assistants between you and your physician.   This pager is to help you assess if you need to be seen at an urgent care clinic or if you can wait until the next business day and be seen at our clinic.   Please use the above link for more details. 

 

Our pager number is on our voice-mail after hours. If you are an established patient with an urgent medical need please contact the doctor on-call using the pager number. Otherwise, all calls will be returned the next business day.

 

For needs during regular office hours M-F 9-5 please do not use the pager.  Instead please call the office and leave a message or send a message via your patient portal.  We look at these systems every 20 minutes and triage and return all messages according to their urgency.
